Booking Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. You must not make a booking unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions References to “us”, “we” and or “our” in these booking terms and conditions shall mean Pure Life Plus.
These terms and conditions apply to bookings you make with our consultants (in person, telephone, email or online).
Coaching Services
I want you to gain, as much from out time as possible, other questions feel free to send us a message.
Have a vision that reflects what you really want in life
Coaching works best when you have very clear goals, which are based on your needs and values. If you are not sure what your goals are, we can discuss them during our time.
Double your level of willingness
As your coach I will ask a lot of you. Not too much, I hope, but certainly more than you may have been asked recently. I need you to be willing to experiment with fresh approaches and to be open to redesigning the parts of your life that you are able to right now. This can enable you to more easily reach your goals and live an integrated and fulfilled personal and professional life, using the gifts you have and enjoying life, as it was meant to be enjoyed. And before this sounds like a Hallmark card, let me tell you the kind of things I need for you to be willing to do.
Please be willing to;
• Change your behaviour; maybe even a lot look at your assumptions/ decisions
• Remove sources of stress re-design how you spend your time
• Set bigger goals
• Treat people better
• Tell the absolute truth
• Eradicate all triggers of adrenaline
• Get support to handle a problem
• Raise your personal standards
• Stop tolerating/suffering about your life
Come to the coaching call with an agenda
We have 45-60 minutes together and you’ll want to have a written list of things to share and discuss. It may include things like problems you faced and how you handled them, new skills and strategies you want to develop, direction you want on a situation etc.
Homework
I will give homework and I ask my clients to come up with a goal or action or breakthrough to have between this call and the next. If this is too much, say so. If you want more, just ask.
Fees
Please check Fees section of the website. I accept payment by PayPal, cash, credit card or direct debit.
Changes
If you need to reschedule your call, please give me at least 24 hours notice. If you have an emergency, we’ll work around it. If you must cancel a call, we will make it up. There will inevitably come a time when I have to reschedule but I will give you plenty of advance warning.
Extra time
You may call me between our calls if have a challenge or can’t wait to share a success with me! I do have time between regular calls to speak with you. I enjoy providing this extra level of service. I do not bill for additional time of this type (under 15 minutes). You may also e-mail at brendon@purelifeplus.com at anytime and I will respond within 24 hours (usually sooner).
Problems
If I ever say or do something that upsets you or doesn’t feel right, please bring it up. I will do whatever necessary to restore the relationship. We will work on any matters of this nature as a team. I value truth and expect you to tell me if I overstep.
Referrals
I welcome referrals. That’s how my practice grows and I remain focused on serving my clients.
Bali Services
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance to cover all of your travel arrangements. Travel insurance is also strongly recommended by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade for all overseas travel.
Travel Advice
We recommend that you contact the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade or visit their website at http://www.smarttraveller.gov.au for general travel advice for your specific location.
Prices
All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.
Price changes may occur by reason of matters outside our control, which increase the cost of the service. Such factors include adverse currency fluctuations and fuel surcharges.
Service Guarantees
Our booking and advisory services come with a guarantee that:
They will be provided with due care and skill;
They will be reasonably fit for the specific purpose;
They can reasonably be excepted to achieve the desired result; and
They will be provided within a reasonable time;
If we fail to meet any of these guarantees, you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Services Rendered
We act as an agent for, and sell various travel related products as an agent on behalf of numerous service providers. Any services we provided to you are collateral to that agency relationship. Our obligation to you is to make travel bookings on your behalf and to arrange relevant contracts between you and travel providers. We exercise care in selection of reputable service providers, but we are not ourselves a provider of travel services and have no direct control over, or liability for, the services provided by third parties. All bookings are made on your behalf subject to the terms and conditions. Your legal rights in connection with the provision of travel services are against the specific provider and, except to the extent a problem is caused by fault on our part, are not against us. Additionally if any service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your rights are against that provider and not against us.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither Pure Life Plus nor any of its related bodies, directors, employees or agents accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage or loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly or indirectly by acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control or which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part. Under circumstances where our liability cannot be excluded and where liability may be lawfully limited, such liability is limited to the remedies required of us under applicable law (Including Australian Consumer Law). This Liability clause is subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you may have.
